Beacon Alerts
Choose from dozens of customizable, real-time banking alerts* that keep you informed:
- When your balances drop below your personal target amounts
- When your paycheck and other direct deposits arrive
- When specific, or any, checks clear
- If someone attempts to login to your digital banking account
- When your loan payment is due or becomes past due
- If you become overdrawn, and SO MUCH MORE!
To take advantage of all Beacon offers, simply enroll, create, and manage your custom alerts in your Digital Banking. Once enrolled, select the "Beacon Alerts" option under Settings in the main menu of your Digital Banking to get started. You can add, remove, or edit alerts at any time.
You can also choose multiple notification options for the same or different alerts. Each will keep you alerted in real-time:
- Email Message Alerts - the most detailed alerts, these alerts may contain transaction amounts.
- Text Message Alerts* - provide general alert notice with limited information to protect your privacy and ensure readability within SMS limits.
- Push Notification Alerts* - for UCB Banks Mobile App users, these notifications provide general alert notice with limited information to protect your privacy and ensure readability with multiple mobile operating systems.
